Positive: Beautiful location in the Yarra Valley, spacious for us all and had all the facilities that we needed
Negative: I was a bit uncomfortable that the owners were actually living in the same house as we had booked for the night, this wasn’t mentioned at all in the booking or or on the website. They had converted the middle of the house for there own accommodation. Literally we could be in the kitchen or outside talking and next thing the owners would come out and start talking to us. When booking any kind of accommodation you would like to have the property to yourself. If I had known that I wouldn’t have booked the property. We stayed with another family and they were very uncomfortable with the whole situation. We left the property to attend a wedding and who knows if the owners walked through the house whilst we weren’t there we im would never know.

Positive: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rosebank Guesthouse. The Guesthouse is beautifully positioned amongst the hills & bush near Healesville and we loved having breakfast on the veranda every day in the morning sun. Archie was enthusiastic with his greetings and only required a pat or neck rub in return. Bronnie & Neil were perfect hosts and would always take the time to have a chat, confirming our needs were fully met (and always ensuring that the breakfast supplies were fully stocked). Our room and en suite were large and well appointed, consistent with the character of yesteryear. The facilities at the Guesthouse are numerous and cater for those wanting to swim, spa & sauna to those who just want to lounge around, read & chill. We look forward to our next visit.

Positive: I absolutely loved this place. My room was so lovely and the bed was super comfortable . The view from the veranda was amazing. Bonnie was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was great. I would highly recommend.
